The Boise Area Spring Parade of Homes returns from May 2 to May 17, 2026, offering a snapshot of new home construction across the Treasure Valley.
This year features 35 homes from 29 local builders, spread across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna and McCall. For anyone considering building, it is one of the most practical ways to see what is currently being delivered across different builders, price points and communities.
Unlike a single display village, the Parade is spread across multiple suburbs, which makes planning your visit just as important as what you see on the day.
2026 Parade Dates, Times and Tickets
The 2026 Boise Parade of Homes runs from May 2 to May 17, 2026.
Opening hours are Wednesday to Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Friday to Saturday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. The event is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Tickets are required, and each home can typically be visited once, with limited opportunities for return visits.

Homes and Locations Across the Treasure Valley
Homes are located throughout Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna and McCall.
Because of this spread, most people will not see every home. Travel time between locations becomes a factor, so grouping homes by suburb and planning your route in advance will make the experience more manageable.
Some homes are clustered within the same communities, while others require more travel between stops.

Planning Your Visit
Because of the spread of homes, the Boise Parade is best approached in stages rather than trying to see everything at once.
Grouping homes by location, shortlisting those most relevant to you and allowing for travel time between areas will make the experience more practical. The official Parade app can assist with navigation and route planning.
Using the Parade App
The Boise Parade app is designed to help manage the logistics of the event.
It allows you to scan your ticket at each home, view property details, access directions, and build a personalised list of homes to visit. The planning feature helps map out your day and adjust your route as needed. Check out the IdeaBook feature, which allows you to capture inspiration and notes as you go.
A Note on What You’re Seeing
Each home in the Parade has been built for a different purpose. Some are display homes, some are available for sale, and others are tied to specific communities.
In certain developments, builders are selected or restricted, which means the builder, design and location are not always interchangeable.
If you want a deeper understanding of how to interpret these differences, you can read our full guide:

Keeping Track on the Day
With 35 homes across multiple locations, it becomes easy to lose track of what you have seen.
Taking notes as you go makes a significant difference when it comes time to compare options afterwards.

After the Parade
For many people, the most important part of the Parade happens after it ends.
Once you have had time to step back and review what you have seen, it becomes much easier to identify which builders, locations and home types are worth exploring further.
If you would like help working through that process, we offer a complimentary 20-minute Build Discovery Call.
