Why we brought our Aussie approach to building homes—all the way to Meridian, Idaho.

Why Idaho? For me, it’s personal.

I had the chance to study in Nampa as a high school student, and ever since, my heart’s had roots in the Treasure Valley. Watching this region grow—seeing new communities emerge and the skyline fill with new builds—I always had a feeling I’d return. Now, after 14 years of supporting Australian clients through the homebuilding journey, we’ve brought Ninedots Build Advocates to the U.S.

We’re here to offer something most people don’t realise they’re missing: independent, client-side support throughout the entire build process.

We’re not a builder. We’re not a real estate agent.

We work for you—the person building the home.

Maybe you need a Build Mate.

In Australia, a mate isn’t just a friend—it’s someone who’s got your back. Someone who helps when things get messy, stands by you when things get hard, and always gives it to you straight.

That’s exactly how we approach the building process at Ninedots.

We act as your client-side project manager, your translator of construction jargon, and your independent advisor who knows how to manage timelines, budgets, contracts, and people.

Because building a home—or investment property—should be exciting, not overwhelming. And with the right guidance, it absolutely can be.

If you’re planning to build in Meridian, Boise, Nampa, or anywhere in Idaho, let’s chat. We’re here to make the process simpler, smarter, and more enjoyable—just like a true Build Mate should.
