The Closing & Warranty Package combines our Final (Pre-Closing) and 11-Month Warranty inspections with additional consulting support. Clients receive 10 hours of consulting that can be used for plan review, builder coordination, or issue resolution.
This package ensures independent oversight through the final stages of construction and into the warranty period, providing both detailed inspection data and hands-on guidance to address issues efficiently and protect the home’s long-term quality.
